Physical Security
SingleEdge takes it's commitment to guard your information very seriously, and utilizes many advanced security features such as: Camera Surveillance, Biometric & Card Access, 24/7 Onsite Security Guards, Phased Data Centers, and private lockable cages and cabinets.

Fire Detection and Suppression
SingleEdge utilizes an advanced fire detection system and multiple clean agent fire suppression systems to ensure that customer equipment and our staff are highly protected in the unlikely event of a fire. The systems are frequently maintained and tested to ensure proper working order.

Data Center Environment
The SingleEdge data center has critical environmental needs. Proper temperatures must be kept at the set point within + / - 2 degrees F. We utilize multiple cooling and humidification systems including:

Stulz Air Technology Systems precision air conditioning units and technologies from Liebert and others to maintain the best possible cooling envrionment.  All of which are fully (N+1) redundant. We use the following cooling environments:

•    Glycol cooled air conditioning system with six 15-ton air conditioning modules.

•    DX air conditioning units for air-cooled cooling working with thirteen 30-ton AC units.   

•    Chilled-water system for cooling.  The system provides 440-tons of cooling capacity  with two fully-redundant chiller/cooling tower systems.  There are fifteen 31.6-ton air handlers used to help circulate the air.
